I dealt a lot with commercial support organizations charging millions (!) in license fees every year for which they gave crap support in return ( not referring to Wolfram ). Sites like Stack Exchange are -in part- an answer to that, I suppose. They are like a wake-up-call for the very expensive low quality commercial support sites.

Mathematica Stack Exchange in Public Beta
If you are into Mathematica then this site is worth a visit. They are now in Public Beta.
